It was 8:37 p.m. and this was the last cache of the night to finish up this section. It is actually quite peaceful placing caches at night and being hunting season you wouldn't look out of place. I could be either coming out of my stand for the night or tracking an animal.
As I was searching for a place to put this cache I heard some movement ahead of me. At first I thought it was a grouse, woodcock or something but NOPE! Black with a white stripe 20 feet ahead! I turned around abruptly. Placed the cache in a maple and marked the spot. Time to go home.
Welcome to the Blue Hills
The Blue Hills series will have a variety of cache sizes, terrain and difficulties. These caches are not set up as a powertrail. Caches are meant to remain at the GZ. You should be able to retrieve "Most" logs without removing the cache.
Depending on your preferred caching style; you can filter caches by size, difficulty, or terrain and just go for those.

Guidelines and Suggestions
1. All cache logs must be signed to count as found.
2. Make sure caches are placed back for future geocachers.
3. Take the extra time to place lids back properly.
4. Bring along Tools of the Trade for log or cache retrieval.
5. It is always helpful to bring along extra geocaching supplies.
6. Be Safe.
