Very busy area and wide open so the big challenge for this is not to attract attention - though I believe if you retrieve it and put it back, no one will notice anyway.
This is by a route I take to work almost every day (on my bike). It's been a great experience changing to that new form of transportation - I really believe a bicycle is a cash producing fountain of youth. I'm thinner, healthier, and wealthier as a result. This fits with the Geocaching style - get outdoors, enjoy nature! So I get to bike daily right by this cache, missing it by mere feet. Will check often.
