In 2013, the scientific world of Ukraine celebrated the 90th anniversary of the birth of a genius mathematician, Cybernetics and science organizer Victor Glushkov.
In mathematics, Glushkov is well known for his solution of one of Gilbert's problems.
Victor Glushkov is the founder of Ukrainian Cybernetic school as well as the Institute of Cybernetics at the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The Institute of Cybernetics now keeps the name of Victor Glushkov in his honour.

The Institute of Cybernetics has a small but beautiful park, with its entrance 24/7 free. You can find it easily. For example, take the western exit at "Teremkivska" underground station and walk south about 500 meters, and you will see the park.
First computers during Glushkov times occupied a number of special rooms and used for their input punched cards or tapes. So, the coordinates of the cache hidden can be found in this puzzle-punch-card.
