Cache is a bison tube wrapped in black tape. Look on the west side of the steps that lead into the park.
My wife and I found this nice park near the end of a 6 hour walk to a department store. Tired as we were, we had to stop and enjoy the peace and quiet. This will hopefully be a quick find.
