[RO] Construit in anul 1922,pe unul dintre drumurile comerciale ce legau Moldova de Transilvania,in locul unui vechi han,mai mic si mai modest,acesta trece, trei ani mai tarziu ,din proprietatea negustorului grec Gorok in cea a pravaliasului sas Friederich Jahrmann.Odata cu schimbarea proprietarului devine hotel si restaurant pana in 1958,cand este abandonat .
Hanul din Tulghes ,veritabila marturie arhitecturala a cladirilor cu destinatie publica,ilustreaza o noua etapa in evolutia acestora,prin complexitatea organizarii constructiilor,menitesa deserveasca un public mai divers ,cu pretentii crescute,care nu mai era format doar din simpli carausi de pe vechile drumuri comerciale,ci si din turistii atrasi,in perioada interbelica, de frumusetile zone.
In perimetrul acestuia era inclus hanul propriu -zis ,bucataria de vara (formata din doua incaperi) ,sura cu doua grajduri si un sopron pentru adapostirea lemnelor pentru foc.Tiparul constructive al hanului se incadreaza in cel local ,utilizand mai ales materiale naturale care nu trebuiau cumparate ( piatra pentru pivnita ,lemnul pentru structura peretilor , lutul pentru tencuieli) si materiale procurate din zona – cramida pentru zidirea soclului.
Constructia hanului este in forma de L si prezinta sase incaperi destinate clientilor: servirea mesei si cazare. Intrarea este dominata de un turn inalt de10 m cu geamuri ample in partea superioara, pe toate cele patru laturi. Prin cele patru ferestre razbatea in noapte lumina lampii de gaz,servind ca punct de orientare ,dar in primul rand ca reclama si modalitate de atragere a clientilor .Salile de mese sunt decorate cu mobilier pictat ,blide si cani de ceramica ,iluminatul acestora fiind asigurat cu lampi pe gaz suspendate in tavan.

It was included In the perimeter of the Inn itself, summer kitchen (consisting of two rooms), sura with 2 sheds and a shed housing the wood for the fire.Construction of the pattern fit into the Inn's locally, using mostly natural materials that were purchased (for cellar stone, wood for the structure of clay for walls, plaster) and materials purchased in the area brick for the building up of the CAP.
The Inn's building is in the shape of it and shows six rooms intended for customers: dining and accommodation.
The entrance is dominated by a tall tower 10 m large Windows at the top on all four sides. Through the four Windows in the night light of the gas lamp, serving as a point of orientation, but primarily as an advertisement and way of attracting customers.The dining halls are decorated with painted furniture, plates and mugs of ceramics, lighting them being provided with gas lamps in the ceiling suspended
