This cache is placed near the local rifle range. Hunters will often use decoys for target practice or hunting so thought it was appropriate for my decoy to be placed close by. This is a cache that also has a fake cache - the decoy. If you find the decoy (and it is clearly marked as such) you have not found the cache and can not log a "found". You must find the real cache, which contains the log book to actually log this cache.
This cache would not be accessible in the winter months when there is lots of snow, unless you want to work hard for it :)
