Happy ~ Sad III Cache
Are you sometimes HAPPY, and sometimes SAD? Well, did you know that numbers are too?
Some are happy, happy, happy
and some are sad and unhappy.
The posted geocoordinates are a place to park.
This is the third iteration of this cache since the other two either were muggled away, or swept away. For the cache, you will have to seek out the 523rd Sad number for the rest of the latitude below,
and the 4th Sad number for the rest of the longitude below.

This shouldn't be too hard. Just look for the numbers that are scowling
