Jump Letterbox Hybrid

I love visiting this spot in the fall to watch the salmon make their way upriver and now that the new fish ladder is in place, you can stand on the shore and watch these large fish gather their energy to make the jump to the next level of the ladder.  

This is a three stage letterbox, with one stage to gather information and a second stage to project a waypoint to find the final cache.

At the posted coordinates you are going to count the number of fish you see on the wall.  You will need this number to calculate the distance in the next step.  This answer is A.

At the second waypoint stand on the middle of the bridge.  If you are there in the fall you may get lucky and spot the salmon jumping.

You will need to project a waypoint on a bearing of 280 degrees by a distance of  (A x 11)+6.

Use true north for your projection and metres for the distance.
