Лесопарк “Липник” , Русе е сред най-близките и предпочитани от русенци места за кратък отдих и туризъм в периода от втората половина на 20-ти век, та до наши дни, си остава лесопарк “Липник”. Изграждането и оформянето на околната зона като парк започва около петдесетте години на миналия век и оттогава потокът от хора, търсещи тук тишина и спокойствие, не секва. Само на десет километра от града, в същински спасителен остров – лесопаркът се превръща, особено през лятото, когато огнен ад е обгърнал големия град край река Дунав. Особена красота и романтичен чар внася изкуствено изградено езеро, превърнато в царство на водни лилии. Малка дървена къщичка насред огромните колонии от този изумително красив растителен вид, кара всеки да се чувства като в приказна история за невидими водни духове, преобразени в жабоци принцове и вълшебни феи. Construction and shaping of the surrounding area as a park began around the fifties of the last century and since then the flow of people seeking peace and quiet here, has not abated. Only ten kilometers from the city proper rescue island - forest park turns, especially in the summer when fiery hell is hugging big city near the Danube. Special beauty and romantic charm brings an artificial lake, turned into a kingdom of water lilies. Small wooden house amidst vast colonies of this amazingly beautiful plant species makes everyone feel like a fairy tale in invisible water spirits transformed into princes and frogs magical fairies. In another part of the lake, a picturesque curved wooden bridge over the water output to a gazebo for relaxing and soothing the senses contemplation of harmony and perfection reigned around.
