The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day.

On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established.

We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city.

Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.

Cache point is near Ooyama Station of TobuTojyo-line.
Cache is hidden in "Ooyama happy road".

I was hidden in Itabashi Culture　Hall.
I wonder if trying-to-de-Re, and get lost.
Please be careful because there are many muggle.
Please bring a pen.
Please enjoy the long shopping street.
