The cache is within the confines of the park but out of respect for the nearby homes, please, no night caching. UPDATE: Cache has been muggles 4x so I moved it just a wee bit. It's not as visible now which spoils some of the fun but this seems like a prudent decision. Please be gentle with the container! 7-12-17 UPDATE Cache has been replaced. Slightly different location but within a few feet of the coordinates depending on the time of day.
The City of Kirkland is well known for its beautiful waterfront parks. But I've always appreciated their commitment to small neighborhood parks as well; places with woods to play in, open spaces for picnics and games, and natural areas where birds and small animals can make their homes. I hope you'll take a few minutes to enjoy the surroundings when you visit; the falcons, bunnies and squirrels will all welcome you! The parks workers know about this cache so if you happen to see one at the park, give 'em a wave! They work really hard to keep our parks looking great.
