Just happened to stop in this spot on the sidewalk, to check my phone, and lean against the chest-high wall to look up across the street, at the impressive downtown skyline monument, from its foot. Hey... look there. Tucked out of sight of the sidewalk. In the border between the sidewalk and the street... behind the sign. A magnet... YEAH, that would work for a cache!
