A two-stage multi located along the beautiful Moira River and "Veterans Memorial Bridge". You will need to use the information on two plaques to find the final hiding spot of the key holder.
Exercise caution when hunting anywhere near water!
Final is at least 5 meters from the water.
J. Russell Scott Park is a nice little park that has been dedicated in honor of a prominent person that held many positions in Belleville.
The cache name is not intended to have any negative relation to a fine Doctor but is related to the Quinte Are Caching Krew that I Enjoy being part of.
When I first moved to Belleville over 30 years ago Dr Russell Scott was my doctor.
At Stage 1, use the information on the plaque to determine the co-ordinates of Stage 2 plaque:
A = ("number of "calendar" years as alderman" + 1)
B = (A + C)
C = "number of "calendar" years as mayor"
D = "number of years as Prime minister of Canada" (all information is present on plaque)
Go to: N 44 11.ABC, W 77 23.2AD
Stage 2:
E = "number of letters in the first name of the mayor at opening of bridge"
Go to Final at:
N 44 11.ABE, W 77 23.2AB
Check your numbers if the distance is more than 60 meters maximum to any waypoint. All points are on the NW corner where stage 1 is. Good Luck!
Congratulations to riverrat08 for the assisted FTF.
