My fourth cache in a series of caches dedicated to all the places I like to walk my dogs. This one is dedicated to all the great new places that geocaching takes me and my dogs, Mr. Bartlby Jones and Apache Rose. I love exploring new trails and I am pretty sure they do too!
One of the best things about geocaching is it has lead me to explore trails that I never knew existed. A number of months ago I was geocaching in this area when I found a small trail heading beyond the cache I had just found. I decided to follow said trail to see where it lead. As I was exploring the area I saw many trails heading in every direction and decided this would be the perfect place for this cache. Today as I headed back into the area to look for a good hiding spot I came across a group of people improving the trail I had discovered. I continued on, passed many trail intersections, explored a number of potential hiding spots before settling on this one. I am not going to tell you how to get the area, that is up to you. You can come up to this cache, come down to it or approach it from the east or the west. Just remember to enjoy the journey.
