RiskGuy has made 1000 caches. To commemorate the occasion, I have created a fairly simple puzzle, based on the opposite of risk, namely safety. Once you solve the puzzle proceed to the coordinates and solve Stage 1. The final (Stage 2) is just a couple of minutes away by car.

A = ___ School Zone
B = ___ Yield
C = ___ Railroad Crossing ahead
D = ___ Slow-Moving Vehicle
E = ___ No U Turns
F = ___ Added Lane
G = ___ “T” Intersection
H = ___ Stop
I = ___ No Passing Zone
J = ___ Road curves to the right
The coordinates for the first stage are:
N 42° AB.CDE W 088° FG.HIJ
These coordinates will take you to a parking lot. One of the buildings in the lot contains information needed to get to the final stage. All you have to do is a little logic and math.
-
Find the building that fits in most with the theme of this puzzle.
-
On the door will be a phone number and an address for a main office.
-
Take the first 3 digits and the second 3 digits of the phone number. Subtract the smaller number from the larger number, and subtract this number from the original north coordinates.
-
Add together the final four digits of the phone number and the four digits of the address. Multiply these two sums, and add the number attained to the original west coordinates.
