This is the start of a fantastic walk over to Gotherington. Part of the walk follows the GWR track. On a good day you will see the steam engine powering along the track.
A fairly obvious place to start a Scouting hike! Please be courteous when you park. There is plenty of space around the village. Why not visit the local park while you're here too - great for the kids & you might even be treated to a cricket match in the summer months.
