This cache is hidden in Powhatan State Park, the states newest. There is a $3.00 weekday $4.00 weekend parking fee; While the park is in its infancy and some areas are still under construction and inaccessible, there are several trails to hike as well as a childrens playground, covered picnic shelters, primitive tent camping and kayak/canoe access to the James river.
