This cache is along the trail down to the South Fork San Gabriel
River Trackway. The trail itself is pretty easy, though a bit
steep, but the cache itself requires negotiating a steep, sometimes
crumbling slope. 
The South Fork San Gabriel River Trackway features fossilized
therapod dinosaur tracks! That alone is worth the trip; check out
the photos. The closest approach is up Signal Hill Drive.
