For this cache you must solve a field puzzle and then project a new waypoint from the published coordinates.
Updated Oct 1 2015:
1. At the published coordinates, there once was a sign with the date "May 1, 1996".
2. Calculate the Distance for the projection as follows:
Distance (meters) = (Year/4) + 100 + Month.
3. Calculate the Direction for the projection as follows:
Direction (degrees) = ((Year+4)/20) + 5xMonth + 3xDay.
4. From the published coordinates, using the calculated Distance and Direction, project the waypoint for the Final.
5. Take a short drive (or a long walk) to the Final.
