Cache is not at above posted coordinates, but within 1km and easy walking distance. This cache should be able to be completed in under an hour. You will need to start at above posted coordinates and follow the instructions carefully to solve for the final coordinates.
FSS - Fraser Street Series. I spent years designing this series which is intended to bring you to Fraser Street and allow you experience it like you never have before. The series starts at Broadway and continues along Fraser until it meets the River. Each cache (except for the final) is placed within easy access of Public Transit as that is how I most often cache myself. Challenge: Try to complete the 9 caches within the series, only using your legs or public transit.
Fraser Street played an important role in the early years of Vancouver’s history. With humble beginnings as the North Arm Trail of 1861, this rough roadway linked the three major areas of activity, from New Westminster to the east, the sawmills and logging camps along Burrard Inlet to the north, and down south to the farmlands Fraser River’s North Arm. In 1910, the North Arm Road was renamed Fraser Avenue after Simon Fraser, a pioneer who explored much of the Pacific Coast and who also is the namesake of the adjoining river. After 1948, Fraser Avenue became known as Fraser Street.
Each cache within this series follows my Mantra and is creative and or well camouflaged. They are also spread out relatively evenly along Fraser to let you see and experience each aspect of the neighborhood and community. This series is not for the faint at heart, but is definitely family friendly and a good way to spend a day in East Vancouver. Make sure you expect the unexpected! There is a final Bonus Cache that can only be found with clues from each of the caches within the series, so make sure you check the lid/top of logbook on each cache and write down the clue!

To solve for the final coordinates, go to the above posted coordinates to answer the below questions:
Final Coordinates: N 49 AB.CDE W 123 0F.GHI
Once at the posted coordinates you will find yourself on the northern side of Broadway at the intersection of Prince Albert.
D = number of cats on electrical box wrapped in art on North West corner of Prince Albert and Broadway PLUS 1 (+1)
E = the number of animals in the mural on the north east corner of Prince Albert and Broadway.
Now proceed North to 8th ave and west to Fraser. Here you will find yourself at a lovely little park at the beginning of Fraser.
C = the number of rungs on the ladder in the play area near the center of the park PLUS 2 (+2)
G = add the last two numbers on the fire hydrant together. (Full number starts with R)
Now proceed south towards Broadway.
F = count the number of whales imprinted on the sidewalk along the western side of Fraser street between 8th and Fraser. NOTE: Do NOT turn right and follow Broadway as there are more whales but they are not part of this count.
AB = number of maple leafs adorning the cement block with the address 2465 Fraser street on it MINUS 3 (-3)
H = the number of fish visible in the mural on the north east corner of Fraser and Broadway
I = on the south west corner of Fraser and Broadway there is a black bike rack. At the base of this rack there is a sign bolted to it with a phone number on it. The number 8 is used this many times in the phone number
