ITA: La Chiesa di San Domenico, in stile gotico-catalano, si trova in piazza San Domenico, nel quartiere Villanova. Essa venne quasi del tutto distrutta durante i bombardamenti del 1943.Tra il 1952 e il 1954, venne eretta l'attuale chiesa in stile moderno. È visibile un campanile che sorge di fronte alla facciata e di poco staccato da essa, e dalla singolare cupola ellissoidale. Da via XXIV Maggio si accede al chiostro e alla cripta, costituita dai resti dell'antica chiesa. La cripta conserva ancora la pianta dell'antica chiesa: una navata divisa in due campate con volte a crociera stellata, cappelle laterali e presbiterio. La cripta di San Domenico viene attualmente utilizzata sia per funzioni religiose che per manifestazioni culturali, come concerti e mostre d'arte in genere
