I have been wanting to put a few over in this area for awhile now. this area is rarely hiked and some of the trail is badly overgrown, but passable. There was an old mill here at one time and a dam just upstream that you can still walk to, but do not go past that area because is no longer part of Avalon and is pro=ivate property. Don't worry, it is well marked and you can mistake going to far. This will probably be the toughest of the three that you will be looking for. I know the owner of the property to the north of the trails and will be talking to him about allowing a few along an old country road that is next to the pond to see if he will allow cachers to walk it. Its a nice little hike.
