In the summer there's something to love about these hydro corridors, open fields, the half-mown grass that sometimes gets quite high, and on bright sunny day, it's a joy to walk through the grass.
The nearby fenced-off train route prohibits an approach from the East.

Gatineau Hydro Corridor Victoria Park to Kennedy
This project runs through Ward 37; Scarborough Centre. The Multi-Use Path will be about 3.5 m wide and paved with asphalt.
This project includes upgrades to the existing trail along the Gatineau Hydro Corridor from Victoria Park to Mooregate Ave., with new trail to be developed along the Taylor Creek Hydro Corridor from Mooregate Ave. to the Kennedy TTC station. This segment will also include a short signed on-street segment along Ranstone Gardens from Givendale Rd. to Kennedy Rd.
New amenities will be primarily at major intersections and include benches, bike parking, garbage receptacles, landscaping, light fixtures and crossing signals for crossing major arterial roads. Safe crossing treatments including new signals are being planned at major road crossings.

SUGGESTION / recommendation - practice environmental good deeds;
Geocachers instead of a quick park and grab, please help by correcting the destruction that others may do, add in your notes if any "the trash you removed"
