The Unexpected Traditional Cache

This is a micro cache . And it is not in the trees.  BYOP to sign log.

Here's the twist:  I will provide two additional hints after FTF.

This cache is placed with care in my neighborhood.  I hope to see some puzzled looks on faces of happy cachers when they swing by to grab a smiley.  Be sure to say "Hi".
