Encryption encryption its a confliction of decryption.

This is a puzzle cache I decided to create since there aren't many puzzle caches in the Wilson area, especially difficult ones. I will NOT give any hints until a valid effort is given towards attempting decryption and a DNF has been logged. Send me a message after and I will give a hint. Upon cracking the encryption I would like for you to verify your final coordinates with certitude on the page below although this is not required.



You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
