When I saw this container in the bargain bin of the business near which the cache is located, I immediately thought of the R.E.M. song from 1995, and I knew I had to use it as a cache since this business, which is famous for having at least 1 cache at virtually every location, didn't currently have one here. Unlike most of the other caches you would find here, no skirt lifting is required due to the size of the container, and you also have to do a short walk but nothing strenuous.
