I started the southside AACC events back in August of 2013. The idea was to allow working cachers a chance to grab smilies for the special Challenge that Groundspeak was running at the time called “31 Days of Geocaching”.
At the end of the month the regular attendees decided to continue the events. Not everyday mind you but on an every other week basis. So here we are 49 events later gathering every two weeks or so getting together to swap stories, plan trips and outings, trade trackables and maybe provide each other with tips and intel on caches in the area. The AACC regulars are taking turns hosting AACC events. This is my 27th time hosting one of these AACC events in this series of event caches.

I will be on sight about 4PM and will stay till about 6PM. Who knows, maybe, just to celebrate our 50th event, we may all wander over to Texas Roadhouse after the event to eat and drink the evening away!!!
