Located in the South Owego Cemetery est. 1864 turn off Route 434 onto Montrose Ave / Turnpike - up about 7 miles on right / west side of road just past old white church also on right side. There are roads into cemetery for off street parking. This is a quaint well maintained cemetery so please apply all the respect and courtesy no need to walk over any gravestones and please no night caching (dawn to dusk only). There maybe muggles in the area so please use respect & stealth when caching.
The cache is a pill bottle covered by a host...please replace as you find it and be careful DO NOT man handle it. It should open easily and can hold small micro TB or coins. BYOP When you come to the area of the cache the best approach is from behind and not plowing through the trees. This probably will not be hard for experienced cachers but harder for those not experienced. If you need additional help please contact me and I will be happy to give you more hints to find.
Cords were taken with phone with 12.8 ft accuracy. Leaving 2 TB in cache so please make sure you log them if you pick them up. Thanks!!
This cache might be hard to find if there is any amount of snow on the ground and the road to access this cache is very winding and steep so would not recommend anyone driving on it in bad weather.
