Can you be a Xenologist or Exolinguist for a day? Xenolinguistics, is a branch of linguistics centering on the study of alien languages, including their phonetics, phonology, morphology and syntax. People have been striving to communicate with each other for as long as we know. From Pictographs to Nazca Lines to Hieroglyphs to Art to Music to Written, Spoken, Sign, Non-Verbal, and Electronic versions. This Geocaching adventure will allow you to explore some of the communication methods available for us, on the planet Earth, and also those that have been invented to facilitate communication within the Star Trek Universe.
This cache is intended to help you stretch your Communication skills while having fun and learning about some Star Trek (and Terran/Human) Communication options at the same time. All answers are readily available either through physically being present or by utilizing PASTF (Phone A Star Trek Fan) or utilization of MemoryAlpha.org (the Wiki for all things Star Trek), or through "The Google". The puzzles just take some time, but don't require specialized knowledge or training. Can be done in under an hour but NOT a Park-and-Grab!
Parts of this Geocache Adventure/Puzzle are only available during limited hours. Please be sure to check the hours before embarking on this adventure! (visit link)

Here is a link to a large, printable version of the main puzzle you will need to complete to solve this cache. You should use the colored spaces and letters or numbers provided as a guide for filling in the answer for each line. (visit link) (Thanks, again, Crypto and MaddieMoof for hosting.)
This cache journey has a total of four stops: Three Stages and the Final. Each of the three stages are required stops, as they provide information that will help you gather all the requisite answers to decipher the puzzle.
Naturally, none of this would be possible without the fabulous folks at the Lone Tree Library and the support of Douglas Country Libraries. Many thanks for their enthusiastic support and also to Collins4 for making this spot available and special HUGE thanks to cpine for making the Final possible. (You'll know once you see it!) Thanks, also, to Memoryalpha.org the official Star Trek Wiki.
Who knew that a cache might need a Glossary?
