The Georgia Geo-Campers will be camping at Fort McAllister State Park the weekend of November 8th. We loved camping here so much we decided to return in 2014! Some camping geocachers will be arriving on the 7th to take full advantage of all the *activities for the weekend and to explore this great park. Fort McAllister has a variety of camping accommodations. Make
Reservations.

There will be no vehicle traffic in the camping area, however you will be allow to drive to the fort area to drop your gear before parking. There will be water and restrooms for us but no electric. Showers can be used in the camp ground. Hammock campers: No trees available but feel free to bring your stands/tripods! The tents can stay up as long as they don't block the daily visitors.
