Carved in Stone Multi-cache

In order to complete this multi in one trip, you need a smart phone or some other way to connect to the internet. If you have a gps, retrieve the info for Stage 1, enter it into a computer, and then hunt for stage 2.

The posted coordinates lead you to the first stage of a two stage multi. (Parking, if needed, is available at MetroParks Administrative Offices). Located there is a cement culvert that has two lines of text carved into the "stone". What are these two lines?

If you enter the correct answer, certitude gives you the latitude and longitude of the final, Stage 2.
