The Slovenian name of the place is Piciganišče, the first ridge one encounters approaching Hermada from the Monfalcone side. Heavily fortified by the Austro-Hungarian defenders 100 years ago. Now the undergrowth has been cleared and there are picnic tables. Below there are the ruins of the Kohišče farm buildings, destroyed by Nazi troops during WW2 in a bid to cut support for the partisans. Strangely, it is still a beautiful place. The cache is hidden in a crack in one of the cleared up bunkers. You will probably need to look at the spoiler photos.
Il nome sloveno del posto è Piciganišče, la prima cresta che si incontra avvicinando l'Ermada dalla parte di Monfalcone. Fortificato duramente dal esercito Austro-Ungarese 100 anni fà, adesso è stato pulito un po' il sottobosco e ci sono tavoli da picnic. Sotto ci sono i ruderi della Fattoria di Coisce, distrutta dalle truppe naziste durante la seconda guerra mondiale per eliminare possibili appoggi per i partigiani. Stranamente è comunque un posto bello e suggestivo. La cache si trova in una fessura in uno dei bunker recentemente puliti. Probabilmente conviene controllare le foto spoiler.
Since the cache was placed the area has become the Monte Ermada Open Air Museum
Dopo il piazzamento della cache la zona è stata denominata come il Museo all'aperto di Monte Ermada
