CACHE IS NOT AT THE LISTED COORDINATES, but it's close.
Another cache along the Mesabi Trail, and it's easy one. Go to the listed cooridinates and look to the North and you will see the St. Louis County Fair Chicken. Notice the direction he is pointing and let him show you the way to the cache. Following the general direction of his point you will see an obvious geo beacon....take a short walk and you will find the cache.
