#21 Fiskeboller (Fish balls)
Fish balls is a common dish in Norway. The fish balls is made of grinded fish, and usually milk, potato flour and salt.
They are usually served with a white sauce. It is also common to use curry on the sauce, or make curry sauce.
Normally the fishballs and the white sauce are served with potatoes, and maybe vegetables.
Personally, I like to serve it all together with fried unsmoked bacon
