Geocache Description:

Easy micro cache, siuated in a park alongside the Braamfontein Spruit. Spawned from GC4V6WV - a cache situated in Giba Gorge, KwaZulu-Natal.

Riverside Park is situated near the Riverside Shopping Centre, alongside the Braamfontein Spruit. It is encouraging to see the local community taking ownership of the space, and taking care of the trees that were recently planted. It also serves as the starting and finishing point for the Saturday morning Bryanston Park Run. Some stealth may be required when retrieving the cache.

The cache container was found during the 2nd South African MEGA Event, which was hosted at Giba Gorge in KwaZulu-Natal during October 2014, at a cache appropriately named Spawn. Refer GC4V6WV. People finding "Spawn" are encouraged to take one of the empty cache containers and hide it in another part of tthe country or world. In celebration of such an awesome weekend of caching during the MEGA, we decided to bring one back and hide it here in Bryanston. Hope you enjoy finding it.
