The Doctors have gotten into Geocaching and are dropping caches throughout space and time. This cache was left in Fenner by the eighth doctor, it is a small lock & lock. FTF gets something to help get them going in the morning.
The Master attempted to steal the eighth doctors remaining lives by opening the Eye of Harmony inside the TARDIS, nearly destroying the Earth in the process. The doctor and his companion Dr. Grace Holloway were able to stop the Master and save the Earth and the Master was sucked into the eye. The Doctors might not visit our area in order because when you're a time traveler things don't always happen in the proper order. Don't try too hard to understand, it's a big ball of wibbly-wobbly-timey-wimey stuff!
