This is a fun series of 6 caches, using containers I found that are perfect for our recent holiday.
I was out of town for Halloween and didn't get a chance to give out my candy, so what better way to get rid of extra candy than to make some caches!!!
This series is meant to be fun, not very challenging, and has parking near just about every cache for those who can't walk from one to another, so that they can be easy P&G caches if you'd like, or you can take some time, enjoy the nice trail, bring a picnic, stop in the nearby park to let your kids play, or whatever you'd like to do! Bikes will make this much faster, and my last cache in this series ends near the continuation of the Power Trail city bike path, so it is a very eco-friendly area. Pay attention to the additional waypoints as they will be parking, however for easy reference there is parking on the streets next to #'s- 1, 3 & 4, 5, and 6. 3 and 4 will be the same parking area, the rest will be different, so you can park at one end, walk all 6 and come back to your car, or like I said you can turn most of them into P&G caches if you need to.
Rules of the Park:
Clean up after your dog, NO motor vehicles allowed, and NO loitering or loud noises after dark.
This means you should NOT attempt these caches in the dark. Please respect the neighborhood and only cache during daylight hours. These caches are all placed on public property however the neighborhood is close by so please do not go into anyone's yard, and as always, remeber CITO and clean up after yourself at least. Also, do not park in the business parking lot near #1-2. Myself and geocaching.com are NOT responsible if you get a fine, get towed, or do anything else to get in trouble, so please remember to pay attention to signs and obey them when necessary.
That being said, this series is meant to be FUN!!!! These containers will be easy to find, and I'm hoping you'll enjoy them since I'm trying to come up with more unique caches and unique styles so you don't see pill bottles and bison tubes on every corner. Each one of the caches will have hints designed to help you find the cache easily, but they are not by any means in plain sight. You'll know why once you find one of them, but as always, please re-hide each cache for the next person and to keep them out of muggle's eyes. Have fun, enjoy the quick series, containers will have room for very small swag and only very small trackables.
DISCLAIMER: Do not try to eat containers, they are not edible. Also, do not leave food in containers as they will ruin the container and potentially lure animals into the sport of geocaching, which they are not ready for yet. Please only place non-edible items in the container or nothing at all, thank you
