This cache is in honor of my dear friend, Dr. David L. VerLee. He lost a couageus battle with cancer on June 3, 2014. The Bible verses on his marker are as follows:
"Since you have been chosen by God who has given you this new kind of life, and because of His deep love and concern for you, you should practice TENDERHEARTED MERCY and KINDNESS to others. The words in capital letters depict my friend David. We were great friends who did extensive motorcycle and bicycle trips together, often with our wives. I miss his warm smile every day.
I learned a lot from him, I could have learned a lot more!
