This is an updated version of my first cache. There are multiple canals in this area all leading to Crooked Lake. There is a rumor water used to come up this far and this area of Florida was comprised of many islands. Others say at one time this whole area was underwater. Due to geographic changes and human activities to the area many of these canals are dried up.
This is the updated version of my first cache placed in summer 2013 not to far from this location. Hopefully you are able to log a smiley.
