Near the entrance of the park. It is in a black and purple taped spice container.

4/10/2017 Stolen again! :( I will replace it soon. 9/12/2016. Cache has been replaced. 8/25/2016 Sounds like cache has been stolen again. :( I will check soon and replace it asap. 11/10/15 Replaced stolen cache. Should be good to go. 07/23/15 Added new log and added a pencil.
