This cache is located in the Saratoga Spa State Park. The cache was placed to celebrate the successful completion of the 2014 Saratoga-Capital Region Geocache Challenge! A big thank you to the volunteers, and all geocachers who visited our beautiful parks and historic sites in 2014! Upstate N.Y. parks and historic sites can't be beat!
This cache is situated in a wooded area at the 18 hole Saratoga Park championship golf course. The warming hut is adjacent to the golf course, so that is the best place to park. Stop by the warming hut to take the chill off, or use the rest rooms. From the parking coordinates, take a straight line to the cache. Do not go on fairways or go near tees, as you can stay away from any active golfing areas by heading directly towards the woods from the warming hut and parking area. The cache is mostly winter freindly, unless the snow gets too deep. Good luck! Please support the 2015 Geocache Challenge!
