This cache is located in the Saratoga Spa State Park. The cache was placed to celebrate the successful completion of the 2014 Saratoga-Capital Region Geocache Challenge! A big thank you to the volunteers, and all geocachers who visited our beautiful parks and historic sites in 2014! Our beautiful Upstate New York Parks and Historic Sites can't be beat!
There is a nice new paved trail that winds its way past the beautiful championship golf course and brings you into some wooded areas near the nursery. Enjoy the scenery as you head to this cache. There are plenty of opportunities for bike riding, walking, jogging, or cross country skiing in this area. The cache is just large enough for the logbook, and not too far off the trail. Enjoy the piney area and the "winding" found here as you search. Have a good hunt, and remember to support the 2015 Geocache Challenge!
