91.3 WYEP Traditional Cache

This cache can be a park & grab but for new cachers it may take a little longer to find. Please be careful cause there is a lot of people in this area. There is a back door to a restaurant and the employees take their cigarette breaks near by so if they are or anyone else is out please do not look for the cache until it is clear. This cache is equipped with a Rite in the Rain log so no wet reports are needed. PLEASE replace it exactly as you found it or this will get muggled.

Just around the corner from this cache at 67 Bedford Square sits the location of a local Pittsburgh radio station called WYEP. Many of you may not have ever heard of this station but for the past 40 years, WYEP has been cranking out the tunes and has been providing the public with an alternative to the commercial prone radio that fills the airwaves. I hope you enjoy this cache that celebrates my favorite radio station on their 40th year anniversary!
