Welcome to a popular and time limited location where stealth will be an important factor in the longevity of this cache. The staff are excited to welcome geocachers and have been willingly participates in the planning of all 3 stages. Being aware of the different sections in a library will aid in the identification of the final location. Please do not rely on staff members for further clues in pursuit of this cache.
Coordinates close to this building have been notoriously difficult to obtain so hopefully the listed will bring you near the top of a set of stairs (leading to a below ground level outdoor space) NOT at the main entrance. When standing at the top of the stairs you must do your LEVEL best to get a HANDLE (otherwise known as a railing) on the next redirect. Junior cachers will be of help determining the location of Wp2 and it's clue.
At Wp2 a reflective field tool will help confirm this location and also decipher the information for the cache itself. (you might have to move a few of the taller books in order to use the required tool - underside)
Wp3 or the Final will become clear with knowledge of the abbreviations for each section. Senior cachers would most likely already know where to look.
