Like the cache Ranchos San Pedro, this cache is in an open area of a planned subdivision that never was built, at least not yet. The infrastructure is in, the roads are paved but there has been no activity for several years. Great views all around with very little traffic.
This cache container is a small, black box measuring about 4.5 inches by 2 inches. It should be a quick park and grab. Parking within a few feet of cache location. As always in this area of Arizona, watch for desert critters some of which may harm you. Easy access from Highway 92 or Ramsey Road.
