Avaxtskyr is an Icelandic whey cheese. The whey from previous cheesemaking is used to make this soft cow-cheese: if anything is left from the whey after making this cheese, the whey is then used to make a drink called "mysa". Frugal folks, those Icelanders! Congrats to the B-Crew for the FTF!!!!!!
