Geocache Description:

It's 12-13-14!  A consecutive string of dates like that won't happen again until 2103 - at which time there will be a 01-02-03 string! (ok there could be one in 2034 - technically we could have 1/2/34) SO LET'S CELEBRATE and let's help the folks who need it right now.

Geocachers are among the most giving groups of people I've known. We're always willing to lend a hand if we can. SO let's have some fun today - let's all wear our UGLY HOLIDAY SWEATERS (there will be prizes!) to this event BUT more importantly, we'd like everyone who attends to BRING SOMETHING to help others in time of need.  Here are some ideas of what you might bring - We'll be sure the items get distributed to their appropriate places:

Gloves, hats, mittens and scarves  (Gently used coats may be donated as well)

OR
Personal care items such as shampoos, deodorants, soap, lotions, toothbrushes and toothpaste, feminine hygiene items, diapers and wipes (Not newborn size). The food banks get lots of food but they don't get enough of these kinds of items which are in high demand so we're focusing on those things instead of food.

Unwrapped NEW toys for kids of all ages
