Every year the Whyte Ridge community center has a Winter Carnival event for the local children where the kids get to Skate with Santa! In December 2014 the local Manitoba Geocaching Association was recruited to demonstrate another outdoor activity, geocaching! This cache is being hidden in honour of this event to give the new geocachers a REAL geocache to find during and after the event.
Note that cache is only a few steps off of the gravel path and is accessible from the community center side of the fence. You do NOT need to cross the fence or go anywhere near the railroad tracks, stay on the community centre side of the fence. PLEASE stay away from the railroad tracks!!
