Geocache Description:

PLEASE make sure that the lid snaps closed and that the container is replaced exactly as found as some geocaches may be easy to spot by muggles if not replaced properly.

**** Be aware as there is lots of poison ivy throughout the trails****

Please stay on the marked trails as you travel from cache to cache.

This geocache is a micro container located in Goodrich-Loomis Conservation Area on the North View Trail. The cache is located close to the trail so no need to venture far off of it. It should be a fairly easy find and is meant to take you around the beautiful nature trails. Enjoy. :)  Please take extra care with this geocache as it is also being used by school children to introduce them to the wonderful world of geocaching.   :)

This geocache is located near the area where a controlled burn was done a few years ago to restore this provincially significant habitat. Fire plays an important role in the natural process of a prairie ecosystem, as it stimulates native grasses and wildflowers while suppressing invasive non-native plants. The objective is to eliminate the current overgrowth of exotic turf grass and encourage the vegetation typical of prairie habitat.
