This event is booked at a local family restaurant with very reasonable prices and with a private room that we can enjoy! Come on out and see everyone after the Christmas rush, and just relax with good friends and good food! Tuesday night is the Steak Night Buffet for $11.99(includes the full soup and salad bar, 6oz sirloin cooked to order with baked potato) OR you can order off the menu-a meal, an appetizer, or even just dessert-whatever your little heart(and tummy) desires! Let someone else cook, clean-up and do the dishes for at least one night! If you are like most people, a little break, especially during the busy Christmas holiday season, might be just what you need! ( Remember, 'if you try sometimes, you just might find you get what you need' ) No matter what, it's always fun to get together with other geocachers and their family members and friends....so let's just do this! 
The SPECIAL EVENT of the night, if you care to participate, will involve a CHINESE GIFT EXCHANGE-WITH A TWIST! You don't have to necessarily go out and buy a 'new' gift for the exchange...! This is a Chinese RE-GIFT Exchange! That's right! You now have a chance to re-gift an item that you may have received and for whatever reason, you just don't want it! Perhaps it's just 'a bad gift', simply unsuitable, or something you are allergic to (happens to me all the time!), it could be an article of clothing that doesn't fit, or perhaps movies/music dvd's/cd's that you already have! The possibilities are endless....but at THIS event, you don't have to apologize or hide your action of RE-GIFTING! Not at all! Just use USED GIFT WRAP to re-wrap your re-gift item and let the fun begin! For those of who who missed the SAGA Christmas Party, this is your chance to participate in an often hilarious and entertaining activity! Let's see who snags the 'least-worst bad gift'?? For those lucky cachers who DON'T have a gift they wish to RE-GIFT...feel free to buy an item, with a value of $5 to $10, to contribute....! This way, EVERYONE gets to participate...and gets to generously give a gift that they themselves would NEVER WANT! BUT who knows, those who received unsuitable or unwanted/unneeded gifts, just might 'get what they need' with this re-gifting event?
EVERYONE is welcome to attend this event! If you have visitors from out of town for the holidays, especially those who geocache, please bring them with you! The more the merrier! We were really happy to see so many 'new' faces at our Halloween Howl on Nov 1 and I hope that this event also appeals to the regular crowd of fun people but also those who may not always attend 'regular events'. You are very welcome to attend! Come one, come all, let's have a ball....or a lot of fun at least!!
